Thank you for supporting Hawaii Sweetheart Designs, a small Hawaiʻi business creating handcrafted jewelry with love and aloha. Each piece is thoughtfully made and packaged with care, and we truly appreciate every order and the opportunity to share our creations with you.

Please review the following policies before placing your order.

PAYMENT POLICY

Hawaii Sweetheart Designs accepts PayPal and major credit cards for online purchases.

Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. In-stock jewelry will typically be shipped within 7-14 business days of payment confirmation.

During our busy holiday season (November–December), please allow additional time for order processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to carefully prepare each order during this especially busy time of year.

Online payments are securely processed through PayPal. Your payment information is encrypted and handled through PayPal's secure payment system. Hawaii Sweetheart Designs does not have access to your complete financial information when you check out through PayPal.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS within 7-14 business days after cleared payment has been received.

Each order is carefully packaged to help protect your jewelry during transit. Jewelry is placed in a gift box with protective cotton padding.

To help reduce packaging waste and shipping costs, multiple pieces purchased in the same order may be packaged together.

If you would like your items packaged in separate gift boxes, or if you have a special packaging request, please contact us before placing your order whenever possible. Additional packaging or shipping fees may apply.

GIFT ORDERS

Sending a handcrafted piece as a gift? 💕 Please make sure the recipient's complete shipping address is entered at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because each piece is handcrafted with care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or other personal preferences.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, photos, measurements, materials, and other available information before placing your order. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY & NATURAL MATERIALS

Every Hawaii Sweetheart Designs piece is individually handcrafted. Because of this, no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, placement, and overall appearance are natural characteristics of handmade jewelry and are part of the uniqueness and charm of each piece.

Many of our designs incorporate natural gemstones, pearls, shells, beads, and other natural materials. These materials may naturally have variations, including differences in color and shape, as well as small inclusions, markings, or other natural characteristics.

These variations are not considered defects and are part of the beauty and authenticity of using natural materials.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Hawaii Sweetheart Designs takes great care when creating, inspecting, and packaging each piece before it leaves our hands.

However, Hawaii Sweetheart Designs is not responsible or liable for damage that occurs after the item has been received by the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage

• Dropping or striking the jewelry

• Pulling, snagging, or excessive force

• Improper handling or storage

• Exposure to water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, or other substances

• Failure to follow recommended jewelry care instructions

• Alterations or modifications made after purchase

Our jewelry is handcrafted and should be treated with care to help preserve its beauty and longevity.

ALTERED OR MODIFIED JEWELRY

Hawaii Sweetheart Designs does not repair jewelry that has been altered, modified, resized, repaired, or otherwise tampered with by anyone other than Hawaii Sweetheart Designs.

Once a piece has been altered or repaired by another person or jeweler, we cannot guarantee the original construction, materials, or integrity of the piece. For this reason, altered or modified pieces may not be eligible for repair through Hawaii Sweetheart Designs.

REPAIR POLICY

Repair requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All jewelry must be submitted to Hawaii Sweetheart Designs for inspection before a repair can be approved.

Repair costs are determined upon inspection.

The cost of a repair will depend on the type and extent of damage, materials needed, and labor required. Customers will be informed of the estimated repair cost before any repair work begins.

Submitting an item for inspection does not guarantee that it can be repaired. Some pieces may be deemed unrepairable depending on the extent or nature of the damage.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Hawaii Sweetheart Designs for inspection. If a repair is approved, return shipping costs may also apply.

No repair work will be performed without customer approval of the quoted repair cost.
